Yuna isn't shipping yet. When she is, her manual and any firmware updates will be posted here.

Before you write

Most Eurorack problems come down to power. Turn your case off, then check:

• The power cable's red stripe lines up with the −12V marking on the module and on the bus board.
• The cable is pushed fully onto both headers and isn't offset by a row of pins.
• Your case's power supply has enough spare current for everything installed.
• The module works in another slot or with another power cable.

Manuals and firmware

Coming when Yuna ships. People on the access list will be told when they're up.

Get help

Write through the contact form. Include your order number if you have one, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A short phone video is often the quickest way to show a problem. Messages are answered by the person who built your module, usually within a few days.

Warranty and repairs

Yuna is covered for one year from delivery. See the warranty page for what's included and how repairs work.
