Warranty
Every module from Living Music Machines LLC is built and tested by hand. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we'll fix it.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date your module is delivered. If a covered module fails in that time, we'll repair it or, if a repair isn't practical, replace it, at no charge to you. That includes the cost of shipping it back to you within the United States.
The warranty covers modules bought new from us or from a store we sell through, and it goes with the module if you sell it on.
What isn't covered
- Damage from connecting the power cable the wrong way round or using a faulty power supply or case.
- Damage from voltages outside Eurorack levels on the jacks.
- Physical damage, such as drops, cracked screens, bent jacks, or liquid.
- Modules that have been opened up, modified, or repaired by someone else.
- Normal wear, such as scuffs on the panel.
If your module isn't covered, we'll still look at it. We'll tell you what's wrong and what a repair costs before doing any work.
How to make a claim
- Check the support page first. Many problems turn out to be power or cable issues.
- Write to us through the contact form with your order number and a description of the problem. A short video helps.
- If it needs a repair, we'll send you instructions for shipping it to us. Please don't send anything without writing first.
You pay to ship the module to us. We pay to ship it back.
The fine print
This warranty is the only one we give, and repair or replacement is the remedy it provides. It doesn't cover lost time, recordings, or other indirect losses. Some states don't allow limits on implied warranties or on indirect damages, so those limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
